Went in expecting a wait, but it was organized, fast and I was able to complete my business without any stress.
When you enter the building, head straight to sign in at the machine facing the front door. It will ask you a few simple questions and give you a number. You can then sit down and wait for your number to be called.
The building is beautiful, with large glass windows. The security guard is extremely helpful, and the people working there are friendly and knowledgeable.
There are bathrooms inside.
It’s accessible.
Plenty of parking.

This is the best social security office we have ever visited. The security guard was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful in every way. He really went out of his way to make the whole procedure simple. The lady at the desk who took care of us was incredibly efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean. I would recommend anyone who wants a stress free experience to visit this wonderful facility. We have lived in many states and have visited many social security offices. The Neptune staff should be credited on how wonderfully they operate. Well done to the staff and keep doing what you do!

The whole social Security administration in assistance through benefits is a giant scheme to me at this point.
You either have those doing the best they can in their employment but their efforts serve no chance if there are other associates across our country that don’t care enough to do was is correct, or they do not care enough to remember or know their information correctly which basically voids all the efforts of those who are at least putting in their effort.
I’ve had a point where I’ve called the customer service number to be told to go to the office and confirm either the information that I was told through the customer service which wax wrong, or the customer service was supposed to provide me information to correct The reason for calling. So I do nothing but commute to The office of administration . With no help at the office because the service I’m looking to acquire is through the phone!

Hey let’s get clear and concise, I wasted my time but it’s not just the administration every person who has an employment or profession have this love to act as if we are wasting their time.
What’s even more crazy if you can’t be clear and concise because it’s clear they want nothing to do with you. They are So busy compromising your time by interrupting you and cutting you off.

My efforts in trying to terminate anything is blown. If feels nearly impossible just to meet standard living Without having to to rely on a faulted and corrupt system of benefits that give you nothing to live off of!

So why try hard to put my work in if our whole system is corrupt based our corporate jobs that carry little to nothing of the service of our retailer! Applies bogus lies of higher position to make you wait on nothing!!
Even verbalizing this concern for myself in other people, it wouldn’t matter because in our country our value isn’t based on our character, and our willingness to make a difference for ourselves.
It matters on the value of how much money we are. And if we don’t hold the value of a big sign. I guess we just are waste in the disposition of being flushed out.

Terrible experience. There are some reviews on here saying that the security guards are helpful and I can't help but wonder if these are employees or someone who knows the security guards to help their ratings because I have been here on 2 occasions with 2 separate security guards and honestly they treat the customers like animals. They are extremely rude, like unreasonably rude. The workers at the windows have always been very helpful and pleasant but there really is no reason for the security guards to be so rude other than maybe they wanna feel like they're getting a little action in their otherwise uneventful job.

Highly Irresponsible staff , due to the lack of information they provided me , in fact zero information I am stayed out without a flat without a job!! They told me ssn would take 1-2 weeks and I have the proof of letter they gave me, it’s been 1.5 month I am stayed without SSN, no one is renting a flat or me no one is hiring me on a job because of their irresponsibility! Every week I am arriving their office and their response is “I dont know”, “we do not have information” how is it possible that you DONT KNOW what is going on with my SSN when you work therr and have database?! They are DISCRIMINATING because i ‘m was not born here, while I have all the rights to work and live here!!!! Such a shame for a democratic country, Shameful!
