Rory is thorough and highly competent. His inspection was one of the most detailed and comprehensive I have seen. He was always courteous and able to fully answer all questions. His inspection report was excellent and covered everything he found and advised, with both text and pictures. We definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the best in the business.

We have used Rory twice in the last 2 years. He is beyond competent, thorough and such a pleasure to work with. His easy going nature and professional expertise, coupled with his patience and thoroughness makes him the only home inspector I will ever work with again. Not to mention his beyond easy reports that spell out exactly what needs or could be repaired along with photos, makes home inspections the easiest part of home buying. Which we all know can be the most stressful. I always feel I’m good hands with Rory!

Rory came recommended and was very personable during our inspection. We moved in a month after our inspection and noticed that an appliance wasn't working. After trying to have it fixed, I reached out to Rory multiple times a month via email, phone and website trying to get clarification if he even checked this appliance. He has not responded to any of my emails or calls which is disappointing and unprofessional. He even offers a 200% satisfaction guarantee which I am not sure how to utilize if he won't return calls or emails.
I received an email from Rory on Feb 28th stating that he would give me a refund and that I just needed to fill out a form. I filled out the form and returned it in early March. He said the check would be mailed within 10 business days. I still have NOT received a check and have called, emailed and text him multiple times with no response.
Rory still has not responded to any emails or returned calls about if the promised check was ever mailed.
It is interesting to see that he responds to the postive reviews however he refuses to respond to any issues.

Rory and his team were thorough and professional from start to finish. I was able to make an appointment on short notice and both Rory and Eric were very patient with me during the home inspection. They took the time to point out potential issues, answer all my questions, and advise about recommended repairs. A great value and I highly recommend!

The report provided had errors and omissions. They had a picture in the report that was not from my home. After they collected their payment, they would not return calls or emails after multiple attempts. Rory was also verbose. When I tried to ask a question, he cut me off and kept talking about things he wanted to. In fact he talks too much and will not listen. Other then the errors on the report, its average. There were some items that he did not inspect. The cost was over $600. I would not recommend them.
