I love living here at Summit! Someone pinch me because It's truly a dream! I can't get enough of the beautiful scenic views that I get to enjoy every day as I walk my dogs! Friendly neighbors, great staff and a lots of furry friends for Nana as well!

So, let’s start our honest review after living almost 13 months…first, when we were move-in I saw some reviews where people said that apartment complex didn’t give back a deposit after move-out, and honestly we here ready for this (deposit is 600$), BUT!!! They try to charge us almost 1000$ more for this old and dirty apartments! And when I said dirty it is what it is.

In our move-in day I did a video and bunch of photo, because we had a lot of scratches and dirty almost everywhere, we had a whole on the floor, which they promised to fix, but after you signed the contract - nobody will do anything. I cleaned apartment more than months for just “looks good” and almost 4 months vacuuming everything corners, because dogs furwas everywhere and we have asthma‍♀️

In winter we had a leak….okey, it was everywhere in California because of the storms, BUT, we were living in the middle of building, and after they “fix” it, we had 2 more leaks‍♀️

In February one outlet was just died, and this outlet from disposal. I sent maintenance on a website, after few weeks I’ve been in office, made a call and only in May I just catch on street Érica and literally took here to show it (probably only one woman who works on the property, not just saying). But still, for fix it they were needed another company‍♀️

About puddle in the lamp nobody didn’t even come…
So, photo below is from move in, video from move out I will post in my YouTube channel, because we didn’t made this apartment worse, but who care? They will charge you for everything.
And also, you will pay for trash more than if you live in the 3/2 house?

Ow, and I forgot! They have a mold! And it’s okey for than‍♀️?

My wife and I have been living at the property for over a year...needless to say our view is amazing and it never gets old (see attached photo at night). The leasing team along with the service team are very professional and always willing to assist. We had a leak from our sliding window near the dining room and the Austin, the service manager, was quick to handle it for us. We also had an issue with our parking that Tom and Susan took care promptly.

BEWARE. Greystar is the company that runs and owns Summit is horrible. When you call you it goes to a call center in AZ. They will not transfer you over to the actual location, they just take a message and you never hear back. You must go to the office if you need to speak to anyone. Lydia is very nice. The rest of the place is a mess. Stairwell broken for 6 months, Leaky roofs etc. Our neighbors across had Tweakers living next to her and it took 5 months before they were evicted. The walls are very thin here. I could hear when my neighbors was using the restroom... gross. It was actually so bad that Im paying over 2k because we moved out 3 weeks early!! We moved out because the noise level was so bad. They're building a new massive APT complex down the hill as well that will cause more of a mess for this neighborhood unfortunately. Good luck

I had a great time at the Summit of Sausalito. The staff is great, they are very hard workers and are always willing to help whenever I needed them. Nothing but good things about this place. Has an amazing scenery and great trail to take morning strolls.

They will threaten to tow your car if you are parked in visitor space and picking up multiple pups for 2 seconds - find a better complex with better management

Lived at summit for > 1 year. I’ve throughly enjoyed tenancy thus far. I love the proximity to nature, safety and respect of the community and the well-maintained amenities. I highly recommend.
