I see alot of mixed reviews but to keep it a buck its really about your perspective and if your a pessimist or optimist. I chose the ladder. Some people just like to complain without doing their due diligence and being patient regarding the circumstance. My experience with RPM has been nothing but optimal. Its a great company with a friendly staff. I got a nice lil studio backhouse and its just enough for me and what i do. I usually dont write reviews but in this instance i'm extremely satisfied with their service which honestly may lead to me continuing to stay in my new place for a while. I had a couple small issues regarding pest and small insects (which is expected living in the desert) and RPM was on top of their game. Called out pest control and handled it overnight. I also called regarding a roofing issue because the roof hadn't been treated in a while and could cause water damage if not taken care of and they handled it promptly. I see people complaining about application fees and other fees... Well that expected because so many people out here are full of sh** and are just looky loos. They are a business who employ people and have to make thier bottom line. If your serious, pay the damn fee, apply and shut up. Its simple. Quit complaining about nonsense. I got around the mobile app fee for rent by attaching a dedicated bank account strickly for rent. If you read the contract, you'd know that but its clear many people dont. Overall they are a solid management company. Dont fall for the okie doke with people just whining and complaining.

This property management company is awesome ! From customer service, maintenance issues resolutions to just pure understanding of life challenges. I feel heard and I’m grateful to be renting with a group of people who get things done and and set a foundation and space for communication for their tenants. I would for sure recommend renting /buying from this business. My kids feel so safe in this area and they love this house.

Rpm approved me for a home, however, the house they had for me had too many needed repairs so RPM said that I couldn’t move in and they had no other properties that fit what I needed.

Since I couldn’t move into the selected house and they had no other houses available only apartments, I asked for a refund for my application and they wouldn’t give me a refund. So in the end I wasn’t helped but I did learn some lessons. I’m still house hunting.

I got a rental house from this property management company. They told me that I was their best tenant. I always paid my rent on time. I didn't destroy the house. I always kept it up. In fact I even improved it and after living there for almost 9 years, I get a notice That I need to be out in three months and the time that they told me to be out was Christmas time least they could've waited till after the holidays but no so that year I didn't get no Christmas because I was in the process of moving packing and unpacking. we were told a lie, and the lie was that the owners were selling the property because of family issues. OK I believed that I understand. A few months after I moved out, I was looking on Zillow and I found the house that I was just told that was going to be sold and It was for rent again for a higher price. Now they could've came to me and told me that we would like to take out the carpet and put in floors and put in new windows that I've requested many times because dust comes in those windows and kicked up my asthma. Very bad.. So as I looked on the Zillow website, I noticed that they just wanted it thousand dollars more for rent so if you are renting from this property company and they tell you to get out because they are selling the house they're lying to you. I will never rent again. I don't think anybody should

I wouldn’t rent from anyone else Ive rented 2 properties from them and they have always made me feel comfortable in my rental always fix things immediately when I put in a work order they are very helpful Lynn, John and Barbara are amazing AC compressor just went out and John brought me a portable AC unit until my AC gets fixed what an amazing realtor company thank you ?

RPM TRADITIONS did a great job from start to finish. Lynn has an amazing personality and was very helpful from the very beginning! She's definitely one of our favorites! Thank you to the whole staff for taking care of us throughout the whole renting process and for maintaining the property throughout the 4 years. It sure did go by so fast!

I applied and never got a response it’s been over 2 weeks already and I still don’t know if I qualify or not I paid a application fee that’s non refundable seems like a application fee scam.
