We have LOVED living in our apartment for the past 2 years now! From the beginning, Rick was accommodating and helpful in listening to what we were looking for in a living space. He showed me several other options for apartments in the area, and they were all in such a prime location with great amenities. He gave us a GREAT deal on our place, gave us a lot of time to consider whether we would want to move in or not, and did not pressure us to make a decision. They are timely with completing any service or maintenance requests. Coming into our third year of living in our apartment and renewing our lease, we had concerns about a rent increases since our apartment cost is below market value. My roommates and I have several situations that made finances tight, and we verbalized these concerns to Rick. He listened to our concerns and negotiated a great deal with our rent (essentially, no rent increase) for this next year! We are truly thankful for Rick and the relationship we’ve had with him over the years! We truly love living here and we hope to stay here in the years to come!

As first-time renters, my roommate and I were initially wary of signing a lease in such an expensive area when we moved in 2017. Luckily, Rick (our landlord) was always very transparent and willing to answer any questions we had about maintenance, billing, and even recommending local services like carpet cleaning.

I felt safe knowing we were getting competitive rates, top-notch maintenance service, and that, if a problem should arise, help was always just an email away.

While living here has been mostly smooth, anytime I've had an issue, the team is always quick to respond, takes my problems seriously and is always courteous and polite in our interactions. Great company, lived in a Burbank townhouse apartment for 4 years.
Regular maintenance, text message notifications about anything related to the apartment. Online ticketing system to report issues with quick answers and good comunication.
Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Rick made the move in/move out process painless and efficient, they didn't charge me for the last day when moving out.
Definetly would work with them again.

This review is based on December, 2019 and April, 2020.

Last year, we had a multitude of problems that needed fixing and I emailed my landlord about them. Within hours he responded back promptly, asking specific questions about the issues at hand and communicating was no problem at all. The next day, he arrived and checked up on everything and had them fixed. I've rented in many places and to have management that is this responsive was refreshing!

Last month, husband and I made the decision to move out and we contacted Rick but due to the current pandemic, there was a slight delay in him getting back to us. He dealt with it professionally, apologizing for the delay and explaining his current situation and ensuring us that the leave would be done smoothly and properly -- which indeed has been so far. Will be leaving in May and I hope it will be a good experience like our 10 year tenancy!

I spent just under four years at a great 323 Apartments property in Burbank, CA. My time spent at the apartment really felt like a home. 323 Apartments was great and responded very quickly to any issue (few) I had. They even replaced an old AC Unit after the previous couldn’t keep up with the heat! They even added extra roof insulation as well!

I’m moving to a larger hone but will always be happy with my time in this apartment and with 323 Apartments.
