Very rude, unprofessional, and poorly managed. They sent me a notification asking me to move my trailer. I moved it as soon as I got the notice. They continued to send me notifications telling me that I will be fined “X” daily until I complied. When I called to speak with them the manager was extremely rude. I asked her to speak with me with more respect. She hung up.
The following year I received a notice that reads “mailbox sealant overflow”. I emailed to asking for clarification. The manager told me she will get more information. Two days later she emailed me back saying the board said my mailbox needs to be sealed. I called to tell her my mailbox looks just like everyone else and there is no sealant. She told me I need to read better. I asked her to repeat herself. She told me to read more carefully. I told her once again to stop being rude and to speak to me with more respect. She said “ look, I’m not dealing with this” and hung up. I called back to get their names and they refused to tell me until I threatened to file a complaint.
Seem as if the board members picks and chooses who they want to bother.

A nightmare to work with while selling a condo. Won’t allow renting out because of the renter/owner ratio but didn’t mind drug deals happening right across my wall and the fact that 10 men lived in the same condo. Provided the wrong information to my real estate agent and my closing got delayed for 5 weeks.

stay away. worst company. Owner doesn’t return calls. Janie and Cynthia play games with favoritism and company referrals not providing tenants or owners additional cost saving options to
properly manage there customers. Worst business ever don’t have them manage your property or tolerate as you pay monies to them and they don’t provide a fair service.

This is a very terrible management company they do not control their own people and we have condo association members who are Picking and choosing who they want to enforce the rules on and what rules they're going to enforce. The parking lots are terrible in the trash situation is terrible we have no trash bin we have plastic trash cans where a trash bin is supposed to be The parking lot needs to be redone terribly And the last time it snowed my roommate and I had a shovel snow because they don't take care of the lots are sidewalks like they should As far as I'm concerned this management company steals your money they raise HOA fees and they do nothing for you
