They managed multiple properties while we were posted overseas and assisted with selling and buying properties, large projects, and provided excellent support as we moved back to the U.S. and back into our home. Rent Simple did a phenomenal job taking care of our property while we were on a PCS assignment. They made sure the tenants took care of our property and if anything needed to be addressed they took care of it. Tony and Will were great to work with and they charge a less of a percentage than most companies. This helps keep more money in your pocket. I highly recommend their services.

I've rented through RentSimple for over 18 months and couldn't be happier. I move every 2-3 years due to my job and this has been one of the best experiences we've had renting throughout the USA, and abroad.

The staff is very responsive calls and emails. Almost all my interactions with them have been through a web interface for maintenance requests that is very intuitive and easy to use. For instance, submitting a maintenance request typically takes 30-60 seconds, and I typically get a response from the staff within an hour, if not the same day.

Emergencies are handled expeditiously. I broke a water pipe that required the main water supply to turn off. The RentSimple had a repair specialist out in 1 hour.

I'd highly recommend renting from RentSimple, or even using them to manage my property if I were from this area.
