Tom is a great agent and person! He is personable and very knowledgeable, drawing on his experience as a former contractor. He is excellent at pointing out flaws in homes and talking through potential remodeling. In the end, he went to bat for us when it was time for purchase and, as a result, we ended up with an extra $12K off closing costs. Now, months after we moved in, I still consult him about issues related to mortgage, etc... Seriously, what else could you want in a realtor?

Tom is very well informed about local real estate market. He gave us very useful information about Marina and Monterey area and Salinas housing availability, price to be expected from a buyer`s perspective and showed us multiple homes in this area. As a first time buyer me and my wife didn’t have any idea of this process. Tom was so incredibly informative throughout the way and made the whole transaction fun. He was always very conscious of our busy schedule and trying to fit in calls and meetings to our limited availability. My wife and I were very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he was.
