We had an amazing stay at this front beach house in Newport Beach, Balboa! The location is unbeatable—you step right out onto the sand with beautiful ocean views from nearly every room. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear.

Mornings on the patio with coffee, were absolutely priceless. The Balboa area is vibrant and full of things to do, but the house still felt like a private retreat. We were close to great restaurants, shops, and the Balboa Pier, which made exploring super convenient.

Ryan was amazing helpful and response with everything we need from day one. Exceptional service !!!

Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach life. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I stayed at the 1906 W. Oceanfront property and it was amazing! It was very clean, the decor was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need for cooking a meal. I really liked that linens and towels are included, as I've stayed at other vacation rentals where you have to bring your own. We're a family of four (2 kiddos, ages 3 and 5) and it was plenty of space. My husband and I even talked about there being enough room for another family! We were enjoying a "staycation" and were able to have some family over for a beach day and nobody felt cramped. I was a bit worried about the noise level when I saw that we were right on the boardwalk but that was not an issue at all! We can't wait for our next rental from White Sail!

I’ve rented homes all over and White Sail goes beyond with the service they provide. I was looking for a rental for my anniversary and was having trouble due to Covid-19. White sail responded quickly to my request and I was able to spend my anniversary in a beach front home. The place was amazing and clean, it had everything you need for a beach getaway, no need to bring anything, they even had beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a few beach games. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, pots and even a blender for a morning smoothie, the place also had a BBQ grill which was the cherry on top especially grilling with an amazing view of the park and beach in the background.
Place had a reserved parking spot and everything is within walking distance including restaurants, retail stores, bars, balboa pier and even bike and scooter rentals. Thank you for an amazing weekend and for thinking of all the little details including the bucket with a beach ball and a sand shovel. The most amazing part was the door lock, it had a key code lock so you don’t have to worry about keys. Thank you Pam & Lori you made it super easy.

We had a wonderful stay at one of the Balboa Vacation rentals. Lori was amazing, very professional, friendly and responsive. We were 2 families, the place was super clean, fully equipped, comfortable beds, every room had a bathroom and just a short walk to the beach. It felt like home. Totally recommended!
