I just recently moved in, and just had to write a review. If course the amenities are amazing and the building and decor is beautiful. Bur what has stood out more to me than anything is the leasing office staff and maintenance people. They have been absolutely amazing and have addressed any questions or concerns immediately. It truly makes such a big difference when you see that they care. All of the staff have been super nice, but I have to give a special shoutout to Michael, who made my move-in process such a great experience.

I spent three months trying to find a place. Believe me, I went everywhere, and I mean everywhere. I saw so many places and met with so many managers I wanted to scream. No place had all the things I needed. Dogs weren’t allowed in most places, parking was on the street, no laundry in room, electric stove, no amenities etc… I felt like giving up but then I came across the Plaza at Sherman Oaks. I decided to check it out and was immediately welcomed be a wonderful lady in Leasing Dept named Fiorella. She was so professional, kind and made me feel very welcome. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient with me. She took the time to show me all over the place. She showed me the gym, the dogpark, the basketball and tennis court, the dance studio, the incredible pool, the patios etc.. This place is amazing! Fiorella was friendly and made me feel very welcome.
She showed me the ping pong table, the pool table, volleyball court, spa etc.. This place even has a 26 seat theater! Anyway, I think the Plaza is awesome! I’ve been living here about 3 months and I have no complaints. They have a maintenance crew here that helps you immediately with any problem you might have. Fiorella, Michael, Victoria and the main manager Valerie are all incredible and truly nice people. I highly recommend this place and plan on living here forever.

If you are looking for a new place to live, I can confidently recommend this place! You can see and evaluate all the amenities (tennis court, volleyball court, swimming pool, cinema, gym, etc.) yourself. I want to tell you about what is not included in the price of accommodation, but directly affects the quality of your life and the feeling of home. I would like to thank Mrs. Lori and the entire Sherman Oaks Plaza team for their work. Over the two years that I have been in this place, no employee has changed - and this says a lot! Teamwork is well-established, everything is in order. If there are any complaints, they respond immediately, the apartments are clean, cleaning is done as if for themselves. In laundry there are always free dryers and washing machines. The order and noise in the common area are monitored and controlled. What is worth paying attention to is the location of the balcony. We lived on the ground, we liked it, it felt like we had our own kindergarten, the child played with kinetic sand on the balcony with pleasure. There are also buildings where the first floor is located higher from the ground. Here it is up to each person to decide, it is just easy to miss this point when choosing an apartment, so I am writing here. If you have any requests or questions, Mrs. Lori and her team are always interested in helping, yes, yes, helping, and not just working their shift and doing their job. Thank you very much for all your work, for your care, Mrs. Lori and the Sherman Oaks Plaza team. It is a pity that we had to leave this wonderful place due to certain circumstances. If we ever return to your area, I already know where we will live! Our friends are still living there so we always visit this place as guests with pleasure! THANK YOU!

We came here for the amenities and at first it felt like a good deal but for what you end up paying youre definitely more likely to find better housing elsewhere.
-walls are paper thin
-management is very selective with what they respond to. We have a one year old and an upstairs neighbor who makes a disgusting amount if noise between 10P and 5A and there is been little no response from management.
-break ins are regular and management makes no adjustments and when asked for a plan of action they admit that they aren't changing a thing because it's "not representative of the community" but cars are broken into all the time, including my own. Again, i have a one year old and her safety is my priority, management does not care.
-management has zero interest in compromise or reasonable accommodation for these problems.
-only reason im giving two stars instead of one is because the gym is nice, the pool is nice, and the location is good. I also give high praise to the maintenance staff who work hard to keep the place clean and respond to household issues in a timely and professional manner.
Edit: in light of management's response id like to emphasis that prior to this review i reached out and asked very specific questions regarding their plan to resolve or prevent these problems in the future and their answer was fundamentally, nothing.
Edit: 5 months later management is useless. Taking a star because the amenities don't continue to justify the worthlessness that is the management team.

I moved in a month ago and am in love with my new home. The property is incredible, my newly renovated apartment is gorgeous complete with the most incredible shower I've ever had in any home, the amenities are outstanding, the property management, security and maintenance people are kind, quick and class act. I feel safe walking my puppy in the middle of the night in our gated community and the surrounding area feels very safe with lots of cute stores and delicious charming restaurants close by. My neighbors are very friendly to me and pup puppy and I feel safe knowing my packages are delivered to our concierge. I'm so happy and grateful for my new sanctuary ?

Lived in The Plaza for over 4 months now, I have been very pleased. The management and service staff are wonderful, they cater to all requests and needs in a timely manner. They are all very friendly and care about the people here. Amber, Stephania, Chad, Victoria, and Armando are amazing.

I live in a studio, though it is small everything looks and works well. There is good water pressure. Air conditioning works very well.

I LOVE the gym. Best gym of any apartment I've lived in by far. It has everything you need. You can save yourself from a gym membership.

Overall a great place to live. I am moving out of the area soon because of work and am sad to leave The Plaza.

I was looking for a place to move to a couple of months ago and then I found The Plaza. I moved here at the end of September and I love it.
I have a great apartment , the staff is nice, they have all of the amenities, great pool.
Chad is the Leasing Agent and he is sweet, helpful, and professional. He always takes great care of me. Chad you are the best!
