As I sit on my new couch, in my new home, I reflect: these past 30 days have been too good to be true, and it was all thanks to our realtor Chayan and the wonderful teamwork of Tourvia! This was our first home-buying experience and like many entering such a complex process, we were excited but nervous, expecting much of the same complications, annoyances, and obstacles we heard encountered by almost everybody that has bought a home before. We knew that having the right realtor essentially can make-or-break the process and after much research we chose Chayan Alavi of Tourvia. After our first meeting, we knew he was someone we could trust to not only walk us through the process but find us a home that would benefit US, not his pockets; what followed however was beyond our expectations! Him and his team took the time to answer any and all questions and concerns we had along the way, as well as keep us informed of what to expect next, what papers need to be filled out and when, and a thorough timeline estimating important check-offs of the escrow process. Moreover I received text messages with weekly updates on where we stood and if we were on track or delayed for any reason. Behind the scenes him and his crew worked diligently to keep everyone (escrow, seller agent, loan officer, etc) on task and showed the utmost professionalism with thorough communication.

On a personal note, I admit I had A LOT of questions and inquiries, and instead of turning to Google I turned to him. He not only provided straight answers but detailed explanations of why things were how they were, and unbiased advice on the good, the bad, and the pros and cons on the options we had, allowing us to make the most informed decisions every step of the way. He was in our corner to provide us not only the best experience but genuinely dedicated to finding us the best deal and the best home for us.

I cannot rave and thank Chayan and his team enough for such a job well done. Tourvia will forever be the group I recommend for anybody venturing into the home-buying experience!!
