Over the last seven years we have used Sherry Anderson, the owner of Mt. Shasta Realty, as our realtor for the purchase of two homes and the sale of another. In all three transactions she has gotten us the deals that we desired: Buying low and selling high.

Our first home that we bought was on the market for less than an hour when she contacted us with the listing. She took us through all of steps of being a first time home buyer such as acquiring a local lender, as well as all of the title and inspections paperwork. As the representatives of both the lender and the title company said, "Oh, Sherry's your agent? We love working with her because she gets all of her paperwork in on time."

On our most recent purchase, the house was off the market because the previous owners had a renter living in the home and yet Sherry was able to obtain a viewing for us.

In regards to the sale of our previous house, due to her 30+ years of expertise, Sherry decided we should show the house for a week and have a bidding war...16 views and eight bids. She then advised us to provide the prospective buyers an opportunity to provide a counter offer. Offers increased and we were ecstatic with the final sale price and the couple that purchased our home.

Sherry is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and considerate of her clients needs. Not only do we feel that she's an A+ agent but many of our friends do as well.

I can continue to expand on this review but I will end it with: Sherry has become like family to us.

Would highly recommend this agency. Sherry worked diligently to sell my house. She can give tough love, or gentle nudges... whatever it takes to get the job done. I would work with Sherry and her team again!

Switched to these guys a few years ago and I have no need to go any where else. Sherry Anderson is efficient and gets the job done.
They are local people who will not waste your time selling you something you don't need.
Integrity and honesty is priority here.
I have bought and sold with them and will not go any place else.
