Zamora homes are wonderful temporary or long term rentals. We stayed at temporary housing in Cypress CA. It was fully furnished, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, smart TV in each room, two car garage and a BBQ grill in the patio area.
The housing is close to everything.
Customer service kept us up to date with prompt notification of any issues and Paul, our main contact, is wonderful. He responded quickly to any issue.
All in all a very good experience

5147 Riverton, North Hollywood - Extended 2+ year stay

Property was prefect. Everything you need to include washer and dryer. Very quiet and well maintained. Most impressive was the responsiveness of customer support. Although I very rarely needed anything, they responded almost immediately when I did. While this is not a reflection on Zanoza management team, there is no off-street parking at this home. I was always able to find a spot but sometimes it was a couple of blocks away.

You'll find stores and restaurants all within walking distance. I405, I5, S170, and Burbank Bob Hope Airport less than 5 minutes.

I inadvertently left an important book when checking out. Zanoza management graciously packaged and expressed mailed. Once again, 5 star service!

Zanoza's place was immaculate. The neighbor hood was quiet and it was close to several grocery store options and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We used the AC, washer & dryer, fridge and the stove & oven; all worked great and appliances were fairly new or very well taken cared of. The security gate gave you an extra layer of security and peace of mind. Will definitely stay at Zanoza's again, if available on our next trip to Southern California.

Our stay with Zanoza homes was great. The house was clean and cozy, lots of nice extra bits, fully equipped with everything you may need, extremely comfy bed and couch. Made us feel like at home. We had a flawless experience when we rented 5756 Case Ave. (rear unit)

Highest marks to Zanoza in communication, cleanliness, and generosity in amenities.

The place was spic and span when we arrived, and they had provided candy bars, tea, coffee, half and half water, bottles, toothbrush, Q-tips, etc. etc.

I particularly appreciated the location of the unit, as it was a five minute walk (at most) to an epic outdoor Taqueria next to Circus Liquor on Burbank and Vineland and under a mile east, at end of Hatteras, to a really great dog park

Neighborhood is super dense so the offstreet gated parking was appreciated.

Check-in instructions were a bit unclear to me, but when I communicated this, I was immediately told that would be changed so that it was clear to future renters that you need to enter the unit in order to gain access to the gate remote in order to park your car in the off street spot.

It was very quiet at night, easy to use and comfortable, and I would return again. Should the opportunity arise.

The place was impeccably clean and offered spacious rooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were both roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and everything looked brand new, as if we were the first to use it. Additionally, the property included a covered garage, which was very convenient.
