We stayed at the “Shore Drive” vacation house offered by Haustay Vacation April 2023, all I can say is WOW! Exceeded all of our expectations, Nick and his crew were amazing! Every question was quickly responded to and they provided everything that you could need for a week plus stay. Even though the week we stayed was unusually colder with rain, we couldn’t have been happier. Can’t beat the location on the beach and the amenities.

We normally stay at higher end beachfront hotels, but after this experience we will only stay with Haustay now! Beautiful home and spectacular location, thank you again!

Wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for family or guests. Located just across the road from a spectacular ocean view. We enjoyed waking up and watching the surfers in the morning as we sipped on our coffee. This home is the perfect spot to travel to Disneyland and San Diego. Haustay Vacation Rental checked in with us and I would highly recommend booking another vacation home with Nick! Thank you for taking care of us and giving us the perfect home for the week to make lifetime memories.

My children and I visited this area because it more of my liking, the house was clean, very well maintained and was close to Camp Pendleton for access to our son to visit before deployment. It was a place that all my children were able to come and have a "home" away from home cooked meal! We will definitely be using Haustay again!
Only down side is I wished we could of used the fireplace , no instructions and when I asked no response, it rained the 4 days and it would of taken the chill out of the air.

My wife and child and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely place. The sound of the ocean is incredibly beautiful, if there were such an opportunity in life, we would live on the ocean and admire its beauty every day. We found this house on the Internet, the order was very simple, we confirmed the payment and signed the paperwork. We received the code from the garage and from the house and all no problems and difficulties.
The house is well thought out 3 bedrooms 3 baths large living room everything you need to relax. Sea view beautiful descent straight to the beach. We are very satisfied.

We stayed at a Haustay property in Solana Beach, CA in February 2023. The property was clean, well maintained and in a perfect location. Nick was helpful from the start of the rental process to the end. I would absolutely rent a Haustay property if I am visiting southern California again.

Our family of 6 stayed for 3 days at a condominium on Oak Avenue in Carlsbad. The condo was wonderful in every way. It is a 3 story unit with a 2 car garage. It is situated walking distance to the beach and various shops/restaurants. We rarely got into the car, we walked everywhere. The house was very spic and span, as spotless as an operating theater. I loved the way it was decorated, very modern and sparse. Most VRBO homes are overflowing with cheap, tacky decorations from Walmart. Not here. We felt at home right away. There was plenty of room for all of us. All the amenities worked: wifi, climate control, TV, etc. There are boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. The youngsters spent the day at the beach with them. We ate at several of the local restaurants, so we did not do much cooking. The kitchen was well equipped to cook all manner of meals. I highly recommend staying here.

Mistakenly booked and was going to cost a lot of money to cancel due to the policies in place. Fully expected the corporate answer of “sorry that’s our policy; eat the $1700 and cancel”. Instead they heard me out and decided to refund me based on my mistake. Love to see that at least one of the company’s on AIRBNB aren’t just out to take every chance they can get to make money off of you.

As a property owner, would not recommend this. Their website inquiry does not work and all the times, the property manager options goes to voicemail and they are not prompt about responses without follow ups. They also specialize only in certain type of premium properties which means they leverage the premium aspect and does not do anything special with their management service. Overall did not get a good experience based on the interactions.
