We had the best time, took 4 teenage boys over Labor Day weekend. We go to NB every year and this is by far the best house. The beach here is not so deep and far to walk to the ocean so access is awesome.

House was more than awesome and loved the big couches - boys played games and we all were able to eat together around the table.

There are volleyball ‘poles’ no nets, my boys put up their tetherball and had a blast.

Beachview Realty are a true pleasure to use for vacation rental properties. This is the 2nd time we have used Beachview and they have been excellent and provide some wonderful properties in Newport beach for a relaxing vacation. Instructions are Clear and they keep you well information before and throughout your stay. Our last property on 29th St was exceptional and within steps from the beach. It had everything we needed and was really well stocked and clean.
I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

great experience! the house was great .. location was perfect… just a few minor details… a finicky garage door opener… and wifi in and out.. these were addressed immediately !!! much appreciated!!! will rent again in a heart beat!!!

Our Mom started the annual beachhouse vacation through Beachview Realty several years ago and even though she has passed, we've continued this tradition in her honor because she LOVED this time with family and friends so much, and so did we. It's a week that we look forward to every year, and memories of this annual tradition that our grandsons will always have with them. The team at Beachview is so friendly, the house was super clean and anything that we needed during the week was handled very promptly. We're already talking about next year!!! Our family had the top and bottom rental. Nice for large family gatherings. Great location, close to kayak launching and fun for bike riding. Large grass area for kids to play. Short walk to the beach. Needs an end of summer cleaning and/or a new couch- very dirty. Did not have enough kitchen supplies for the number of people. Comfortable sleeping. Suggest organizing kitchen pans/bowls so they are easy to find. Rental company is very responsive to your contacts/messaging. Free parking available on the main street but some walking involved.

Such a magical area and place! We loved every minute of our 8 day stay on the Peninsula! The house was perfect and we loved dinners on the patio and morning coffee. Everyone on the peninsula was so friendly!

Proximity to the beach is fantastic! It was very clean and in good repair including the outdoor grill. Nice to have access to laundry during our stay. The showers are very tight and small. Parking isn’t covered and leaves no place to safely store bikes or valuables. Dishwasher is not full size so not able to fit all used dishes in one go. Eating utensils were lacking but there were plenty of serving utensils. Serving dishes and cooking pans were very plentiful. Bunk beds in the master bedroom are not desirable. Many things need updating. This place is great for a casual gathering but not ideal for a large family. Beachview is great to work with, however it would be nice if renters would be allowed to check in early if the unit is clean and ready. Loved our time in Newport

We've been coming to Newport Beach for President's Day weekends the past 6 years. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at 1814 Oceanfront. Fantastic location with a quick 3 min walk to the pier! The property is clean and comfortable. Super easy directions to enter the property, and to checkout as well. Great ocean views from the living room and patio alike.
