My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Brandon when purchasing our home in Eagle Rock. The both of us are fairly new to the LA area as we're from the Bay Area so we needed someone who knew the area well. We were originally looking for a place out west in Culver City, but soon realized that that juice was just not worth the squeeze. We spent one day viewing as many open houses as possible when we came across Brandon's name at one of the properties and gave him a call. We was honest with Brandon in telling him that we were in the process of shopping for a realtor and that we would be working with a few until we narrowed down our choice. We discussed with Brandon what our criteria and time horizon was and boy, did he listen. We viewed three properties on our first day out. Another three on our second day out. Brandon was extremely hands on throughout the process and was present at every appointment we had from inspection to appraisal, etc. We closed within the month.
