The reservation process and deposit payment was seamless at the national center. Chuck, the manager in San Diego was awesome in getting the RV rented out. He explained in detail about the contract and the vehicle itself. And was very patient. Vehicle performed excellent as it was practically brand new. I highly recommend Cruise America and this location.

We rented a 30 ft RV for a four day weekend camping trip at the Silver Strand RV park. RV was clean and ready to go. Check in and out was easy. Chuck is a super nice guy and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

I have to admit I was a bit intimidated at first because it’s my first time renting and driving a vehicle this size. But after the first couple of miles it seemed to become pretty natural. The unit has lots of power to move it down the hi-way and keep up with traffic.
My wife, her Mom & Dad and I totally enjoyed our four days and three nights stay in the motorhome at our campground. We had a space with full hookups and it was easy to make the connections and monitor levels. We ran the heater each night to stay warm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers too. My wife & her mom were thrilled with their new kitchen and wasted no time preparing our meals for us. Plenty of room in the refrigerator, cupboards and storage in the back for extra tents barbecue, tables, fold up chairs etc..and plenty of room to sleep the four of us comfortably.
The check-in/check-out procedures were quick, easy & painless. Getting the tanks dumped and filled were easy including the propane tank which was handled by the professionals at our local propane filling station. To sum it up, we will definitely be renting again! Thank you Cruise America for all you do to help make our travel and camping dreams so memorable.

First time renting a Motor home. Great experience. Check out was quick easy and knowledgeable. RV was clean the ride was smooth. Family had a good time.
