Excellent staff, was able to reach after hours and coordinate maintenance on our aircraft for 6am the next morning. Although they didn't have a maintenance person available, they went out their way to help find someone on field who was able to get us a timely departure. Beautiful FBO with amazing art, business center and snacks. Highly recommend.

From the Request For Quote all the way through to the Return To Service date, Desert Jet Aircraft Maintenance was undoubtedly the right choice for our heavy inspection. As a part 91 corporate flight department we benefit from doing business with those who understand our operations, as well as our aircraft. Initially we set out to RFQ multiple shops because we were ready for a change in our maintenance provider. From the very beginning, Jonathan Schaedig and staff were out in front of the situation the entire time, which gave us great confidence in their abilities as well as making the choice to take our aircraft there an easy one. His technicians were knowledgeable and easy to talk to and always had time to answer my questions. They say that attitude is everything and in this case it certainly is. I had never worked with someone that was as eager to earn my business as this guy was. We formed an industry friendship and I am so glad that we chose Desert Jet to maintain our Citation V. We now have a new maintenance provider.

Our company applied for a Dessert Jet service for our CEO's business travel. However, we experienced poor customer service coming from their end. We have lots of questions about several things as we need to ensure that everything is going smoothly. But they failed to provide us with clear answers and feedback that we don't need.

Desert Jet is our top FBO for the Palm Springs area for a lot of reasons. Great facility, safety culture and pricing. Also, and added bonus is the fact that they have maintenance on site with a very knowledgeable team lead by Jonathan Schaedig. We have had some maintenance issues while in Thermal with our Citation Bravo and Jonathan has always taken great care of us.

Desert Jet hosted Angel Flight West for a cocktail reception for our pilots, board members and others. They were gracious and couldn't have been better hosts. We appreciate all they did for us!! Unprofessional staff, expensive fuel & consistently trying to steal away customers from other FBOs by running around on the ramp & waving in madness, making you stop just to tell you that you are not at the FBO you wanted but can't take service from them on their ramp. Staff does not listen to CTAF announcement for taxi to certain FBO, just makes you get to their ramp. Even after telling them you don't want to use their service because you have a contract with a different FBO but are unfamiliar with the airport they keep following & asking you to take their services. Bad experience, will only be using other FBOs when flying into KTRM again.

Flying trough a chartered plane is supposed to be the quickest way and give the most convenience when traveling. It's not the case with Desert Jet chartered aircraft. They lack coordination, which caused us delays. We didn't know the pilot was not available as well as the aircraft when we got to the airport. We were surprised and had to cancel the flight as they still need to look for an available pilot and get the aircraft ready. We just cancelled our booking and just immediately booked a flight on a regular airline instead.
