The amount of positive reviews is truly surprising given the horror show my family endured. Multiple calls and a very nasty message because we couldn't tend to her due to an emergency. Talk about unprofessional. We were also clear in our "detailed" message when replying to your very lengthy and unprofessional message about the status of the situation. Stating false information such as already submitting something that was not fully processed (meaning payment was not retrievable AT ALL) is also very unprofessional and doesn't give a good judge of character at all Candace. If I'm not mistaken you had a similar issue a year ago where you were unable to respond to any clients. Why is it any different when it's reversed? I hope you find peace and can learn from this.

If I must say,Candace is such a wonderful and sweet woman,I made an appointment to get my fingerprints scanned and sent off and the whole process felt welcoming,Peaceful and Easygoing! The fun and lighthearted banter and advice that she provides as you sign your paperwork is out of this world wonderful!! Thank you Candace!!!

Candace is fabulous! When I went in, she was knowledgeable, courteous, and funny. When I had questions later about my Live Scan paperwork, she was even better! The company requesting the Live Scan made a mistake on both my paperwork and my sister-in-law's paperwork (which neither of us noticed until a week later), and Candace had entered everything into the system correctly. She asked questions and clarified before she entered the information, and she did it so well that we didn't even notice! I highly recommend this company if you need anything she offers as she will exceed your expectations and provide you with a quality service. Thanks again, Candace!

Strongly recommend! Very responsive to messages. She was on her way back into town when I sent a message to ask about services. Although it was near closing, she still met me at the office to notarize my paperwork. I have to say that this was the best customer service that I have ever received in this town! Will definitely be back!

I drove 2 hours to get help from sheriff's depth serving papers. They were no help. I Google process servers in RC and found Candace. She was out of office but called her cell she was there in 3 min. She had docs served before I even got to Garlock turnoff...amazing! I will definitely recommend her everytime!
