Bryan is a legend. We bought our first home with Bryan back in 2019 and the process could not have been better. He was attentive, extremely communicative, has a great sense of humor, and has a vast and intimate knowledge of the region. We found a one-of-a-kind desert oasis thanks to his efforts and his guidance and just under 30 days later we were moving in. He helped us navigate the extremely competitive desert real estate market and his advice and guidance on how quickly to move and what sort of offer to make is the reason we were able to close the deal before other interested parties were even able to tour the home. I never got the sense he was in it for the commission and appreciated his direct/no-nonsense approach to finding us the perfect home. He’s a very busy man these days and deservedly so, he and his whole team are just fantastic. If we ever sell (don’t see it happening anytime soon!) Bryan will be our first call.

Listed my home for sale with JTM and knew from the first interaction it was the right decision. Bryan and Ha are no-nonsense professionals. Coordinating, managing, and following through on real-estate deals is their business unlike many who conduct real-estate transactions for supplemental income. I was kept up-to-date consistently, literally... even after-hours and weekends. Bryan coordinated and sent a professional photographer within 2-days of our initial meeting... he wrote a thoughtful and thorough description and the listing gained traction in the first weekend (within 3-days of our original meeting). For context, the property I listed wasn't extravagant... it was in the $290k range. In other words, this home was in the lower-end of what JTM typically deals with, and they handled it the same way they would any other property.

This experience has set a new expectation for me.

Bryan is a top realtor in the area, to become the best he has to be selective on how to allocate his time. He is extremely upfront with his no nonsense candor. I was taken aback at first but glad we selected him because in the end he will get the house you want and give you his unmatched insight in the area. He will go to bat for you on negotiating the best outcome in this sellers market. No matter what you do in life you'll always get people that will complain and disapprove, by sticking to his style and uncompromising professionalism to actual clients who will buy or sell and not waste his time, Bryan needs to separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak. I have had several dealings with Bryan in the past decades and he has always kept me on track . His knowledge of Joshua Tree and the surrounding communities is really unparalleled. I read a negative review about an electric bill and I don’t believe it . I know that there are exceptions to the rule; however, Bryan is the most ethical realtor I’ve ever met . I am also an agent so Bryan is essentially a competitor. I would prefer buyers and agents to him knowing they would receive the best service .
