We used Dependable Home Watch Services recently when on a two week trip. Anthony did great with watering plants and taking a look to make sure everything was ok. Communication good and I'd highly recommend. Very professional and detailed oriented. We'll be using the service again for all future trips.

Thorough, outstanding service by Anthony - the level of professionalism, knowledge and thoughtfulness is exceptional. Buying a 2nd home while you are not on location is stressful enough – due to Covid-19 we had to do everything virtually. Anthony’s responsiveness to our needs and his attention to detail were and continue to be impressive. Before we made any agreement to do business, he was already offering to be on-site with our real estate agent for a walk through after the home inspection, surfacing small but important things like running toilets that he turned off while we were gone. After we closed on the home, we had concerns about security lighting around the house - Anthony took time to drive by our home at night to make sure the automatic lights were on and working, sending photos and updates right away. Anthony went over and beyond the next morning when he and his partner set up timed lighting for us. Anthony has shown us his love for his work and his commitment to his client’s needs. We trust Anthony to be our eyes and ears while we are away from our desert home.
