Dawn is an exceptionally wonderful agent to work with! She not only helps you find answers to every question you have, she answers many you need to know the answers to but haven't even thought of yet. She is calm and polite and quite empathetic with every feeling, every worry, every impulse and every decision that has to be made in the process of buying a property in the Coachella Valley region of California. It was only by almost incidental contact that we made a connection with her while looking for a property in Palm Desert. She didn't know us beforehand (a married couple from New York City) but she helped us tremendously every step of the way. Her calming attitude was essential in getting us through a long and, because of our specific situation, arduous extended escrow period, and she was nothing but supportive at every moment. She also on several occasions kept us from making a possible misstep in the process. Although there are many real estate agents working in this area, I can't think of how anyone else we could have found would have been as good to work with as was Dawn! Sure, she is trying to make a living in Real Estate, but she definitely seems to care much more about her client's needs than she does about her own, throughout the whole situation.
