I had an amazing experience with some of the ladies at Solano PM (Vacaville), Kelly & Julie just to name a few! I had been in search of a home for over a year and exhausted would be an understatement. However, the last leg of the search I located a property being managed by Kelly and the encounter from start to finish was was easy, efficient and professional. Communication was excellent. I was approved within a few days and it's been smooth sailing since.

I called about a month after moving in and spoke with Julie (Also manages maintenance requests). I had not spoken with her in several months but she remembered my year long house hunt and congratulated me on finding a home. I thought that it was amazing and caring she remembered my long journey.

I'm looking forward to a great relationship with Solano PM.

I have rented with Solano Property for over 2 years and they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful the entire time. We recently had a fire and Kelly sprang into action and was able to get us into a new home within 2 weeks. She has gone above and beyond to help us and has always been courteous and professional.

Very nice when you go in once they get ur application it's like pulling teeth. They already seen u come In so they can pick and choose who they do business with. Lies and excuses and refuse to work with certain people. Smh I would go elsewhere,my experience was one of the worst,all houses needed cleaning dusting carpet floors etc yard, lots of spiders and webs and want all this money place wasn't move in ready.

Rented with them for a year, never been once late for payments still they were always rude and non-accommodating. Whole year the AC did not work and their technicians didn’t seem to figure out the problem ever. Dealt with the Fairfield and Vacaville offices. Not a fan of anyone at all. I took a friend with me to their office during the paper work and she asked me to beware as they sounded careless and rude. Rosa was our property manager, we were provided with the old laundry key (as the laundry room’s lock was changed and we did not have the new key) and upon requesting a new one, Rosa said they never did that and that hope we did not throw the key away! Like what? Seriously?
They rented the apartment next to us to some drug addicts, the new neighbors fought with each other all the time, super noisy, throwing things in our back yard and on our front door, upon confronting the guy threatened my husband. We talked with the management about why don’t they run a criminal background check as once police came to our apt asking about those sketchy guys. Well, none of our concerns were taken seriously and we moved out a month before our lease. Paid for one month extra but at-last got rid of the mistake we did by renting with SPM. Never again. Now even if I see a beautiful house with SPM, I run. The owner of this company should look in to firing all the staff at both the offices and should start a new setup with some customer services if they want their company to stay.

I rented from the Fairfield office and had a good experience overall. I switched houses to one covered by the Vacaville office. They reported on my credit despite a payment to them and refuse to fix it and the comoany they incorrectly sold the debt to has no contact information. Dolano refuses to contact them to correct it. They also refused to provide receipts for things they charged for, only providing an itemized list of their own making. I absolutemy dont recommend this company and will be filing this week with the states attorney general office.

I've been renting with Solano Property Management for 3 years now. They have been helpful since day one. I was new to the area and staying in a hotel with my family while we looked for a place to live. I was stressed and they were very understanding and the staff at the Vacaville office was very courteous. Now, after 3 years I can also speak to their prompt service when we've needed anything fixed. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Most courteous and professional people I've with dealt with in a very long time. Talking with Ms. Williams and getting all my questions answered and followed up with a speedy call back from Tristan.
