I recently refinanced my home and used A-1 Title for their services. Hands down a great team. We actually had to sign twice due to lender error and A-1 did not skip a beat. My questions were answered promptly and turn-around times were exceptional. They even replied after hours which I did not expect but highly appreciated. Extremely unprofessional and non-responsive. It's bad enough that this process took us 6 months, but we were given inaccurate information for MONTHS as a stalling tactic; the owner never took our calls - preferring to let her secretaries take the heat - nor gave us the courtesy of a return call. Very frustrating. This company chose to criticize the county for constant delays rather than be up front with and accountable to us. Honest communication would have gone a long way to promote good customer relations, but alas, that did NOT happen.

I would never use this company again. They were unprepared at closing, misappropriated funds, and will not return calls. I understand it's new owners now and the quality of service has since tanked.
