I came across Diane Harbison when she responded to a search I was doing to purchase a property in South Florida. I was very impressed with her professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of the area in which we were looking for a 2nd home. She asked for the parameters of our search and then proceeded to Email appropriate properties to us whenever they became available. After months of searching, we finally found a property we were seriously interested in. During this time of Covid, we had no plans of travelling from Atlanta to Florida to see any prospective properties. Diane facilitated the entire process making a personal visit unnecessary. She performed a virtual walkthrough for us and negotiated all aspects of the purchasing steps that followed. We had total faith in her abilities and recommendations and just closed on the property Sept. 30, 2020. The entire process was virtual, and we have every confidence that we will find the property exactly as anticipated when we go there next month. I cannot express enough superlatives about her and her team.
