We moved from the DFW area to Abilene. We wanted to appreciate our property manager, Jessica C. and how she made our move-in process so smooth, my family and I couldn’t believe it! From the showing of the home, to the application process, and even now that we are tenants. She has continued to be very communicative, helpful, and supportive during our time together. Any issues or concerns were addressed in a timely manner, which is always appreciated! We hope to stay here for a long while and are super grateful that we chose this rental agency!

Great experience! Jessica took ownership of getting my property rented out. She worked with me diligently and was a true professional through the entire process. She returned texts and calls in a timely manner and made sure to keep me updated on all the details. I’ll definitely work with them in the future with more properties.

I scheduled a tour with Felicia for 5:30 this evening. As discussed in our emails I wasn't available before 2. She gives me a call at 12:09 to apparently confirm my appointment, but as I stated in the email I wasn't available until after 2. She called once and left one message and then I didn't hear from her. Not even an email showing that the tour was canceled. I call her as I arrive at the location and she very rudely explains that since I didn't pick up the call I'll have to reschedule. This was the strangest, and most unprofessional phone call I've ever had. And trust me when I say that I've been looking for a house in Abilene and I didn't think it could get worse. So I'm left with wasted time, no tour and an ugly phone call that could of been avoided if there was a little more care. This is a beware! I'm leaving one star because I have to in order to post!

New to Abilene, keep hearing how military friendly it is here. 4 hrs later finally rec'd a link to apply for a rental. Saw 2 houses w/ "my" real estate agent, Abilene Leasing & Prop Mgmt (ALPM) never called after I filled out app. 🙁 Fortunately, another Leasing Co. provided ME great customer service that ALPM could not! Me and my teenage girls now have a place. App fee should be refunded since ALPM never provided me any customer service or at least a follow up call.
