She's professional, quick to respond to any questions/concerns I have, and very conscientious about saving money for me, be it a small repair/maintenance or a decent-sized remodel we recently did. They are also using web tools to streamline a lot of the landlord/property manager communications and expense/payments. So if you are tech-savvy you'd appreciate that. Joi has also helped me sell my property after 10 years. I was remote, and she handled everything, from the remodel to showing the property and tons of paperwork.
