I purchased my home over a year ago and have contemplated on when I should do a review. If your looking for a real estate agent who has zero integrity, rarely returns your calls and does a walk through with the builder on your behalf without your permission Jack Lewis is your man. He should have his real estate license suspended for lying like he did. Not to mention deliberately took advantage of someone with dementia after being told not to communicate with him. He lied to his broker and of course she had to take his side. I have emails, phones calls, and witnesses that can prove this. Every bit of this statement is true. DO NOT USE JACK LEWIS. He is a joke! If you’re a realtor and call this done you have a problem. Again I will clearly state to you Mr. Lewis I have clear proof you did this. The builder Pro Con even said you did and sent me their proof.

The company say they are there to help they don't even answer their phones and keep the doors locked during the day so people can't bother them. Moved into a new place and instead of assistance and help all I have received is problems from day one. The carpets smell of piss and because their paperwork states it was cleaned properly it is now up to us to pay someone to have them clean. We have only been here 2 weeks. When they finally answer the phone they only give more problems instead of solution. When your answer is " It's out of hands" that is not reassuring at all.
Update: Increased star because they fixed most of my issue, they were a little reluctant but I have to remind myself that horrible tenants exist so they are just covering themself, but man its frustrating. Still haven't heard from maintenance to fix other things but they are not that serious. Thank you.

I want to take the time out and share my experience with this company. I been renting from them going on 3 years now and they are the best reality company hands down that I have expereince. From the 1st time I met Michelle the owner and her husband Todd it's always been great service. They are understanding when it comes to difficult times and when putting in a work order it takes no time to get the problem resolve. Even after Hurricane Ian they are helping out their renters. I appreciate you guys greatly and if anyone is looking to rent a place this is definitely the spot!!! May God continue to bless their business as they help others. 🙏🙌🙏.

As a vendor who does some painting and miscellaneous repairs for this company, I must say that I have never had a problem getting paid for jobs which were completed. The staff is always courteous, respectful and knowledgeable when it come to repairs.
Even when I rented from them a number of years back, they always sent someone out in a prompt manner to repair something I was not able to fix myself.
I give them 5 stars for the simple fact that they are honest and loyal to their customers and vendors. A quality not seen in a lot of property management companies.

Reviews (Michelle and Julie "5 Stars") are employees of the company. Julie actually being the owner. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They harass their tenants.. Randomly have my home inspected - multiple times- because of their neglect. Took months to get my home remediated from BLACK MOLD. Company refused to have anyone come out after the storm to take a look at the home for Mold. My fiance and I were homeless for months due to their neglect. My last inspection, their Maintenance, Todd - Michelle's Husband - Mrs "5 Star Comment" told me the home was in perfect condition - aside from hurricane damages, and that he will share pictures with owner and let him know we definitely take care of his property. Now, two months later, we are having a mandatory inspection. Inspection paper that they dropped off at my door last night and stated no one was home. WHAT A JOKE. We watched them place the notice on our door and not once did they knock. If you are a property owner and are looking for someone to manage your property, these incompetents are not it. Make you think they are wonderful when you're signing the contract but the minute you do, you're nothing but money and they could care less what is wrong or not working. Do some research before going with a company that is 4.5 stars and their comments are all by employees or owners. If I could get away without rating these idiots, I would but I needed to give something to make a comment. Best of luck to anyone that is working with these people or thinking about working with these people.

I have been renting properties that are managed by Access Real Estate for about 5 years. They are very efficient, handle maintenance in a timely manner, and are so pleasant to speak with. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

Had the worst experience we moved down from Massachusetts to Florida we were excited to rent a house in leigh acers we walked in and it smelt like bleach . Mind you I have a 13 year old daughter and a 3month old baby they had mold which was on doors outside. We did not even stay in the house we end up going somewere else because there was no way we were going to sleep in thier was not cleaned at all bugs dead and roaches floors were nasty . We put 11000 down because we did not have jobs but had money to rent it which was understandable but refuses to give our security deposit of 1800 because house was off market for a week but security deposit is kept only if we destroyed anything which we did not so now we hired a lawyer to see if we can get at least most of it back .
