hola mi nombres es keisy, un gusto. me he llevado una desilusión demasiado grande con su equipo de trabajo, desde que compre el vehículo les hice saber, que la puerta no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba, me entregaron el vehiculo con el espejo retrovisor roto, les pedi que me arreglaran todo para si obtener mi vehículo en buenas condiciones. se tardaron una semana con mi vehiculo y me lo entregan solo con el aire acondicionado funcionando. y la puerta? y mi espejo retrovisor? desde un principio fui bastante clara con lo que pedi!!! y encima unos de sus empleados me dice que lo prioritario solo era el aire acondicionado? es en serio? y que me hicieron un favor reparandolo sin cobrarme dinero? donde es su responsabilidad! regrese en la semana a ver si podia cambiar de vehículo, o sacar un lease con un vehículo completamente nuevo pa no pasar por tanto malos ratos como lo he pasado ahora mismo!!! Y su respuesta es decir que no,donde yo tengo una garantía de 30 dias!! No me dan soluciones, solo problemas!!! Deberian de mejorar!!! Piensa antes de comprar tu auto aqui!!!

I am exceedingly frustrated with Acura of Milford. I purchased a 2022 Acura TLX type S from them and have been servicing my car ever since for maintenance. My car was stolen and recovered, and I took it directly to the dealer to go thru the insurance process with them and it has been a nightmare. I received one update after several calls, an in person visit where the person servicing wasnt there, and multiple vms. When I asked, apparently NONE of my msgs were received by Tom. When I finally get a hold of them I get a note that they are waiting for my insurance to call back when the correct process is to submit a supplemental form. The person doesn’t know how to handle insurance claims, is constantly making me be the middleman which I would gladly support, if I didn’t have to hound them to understand that apparently they need my help. My car sat in the dealer for a week without an actual plan because of this and now my car has been there for four weeks total and I still haven’t received an update. I tried calling and just got sent to a general voicemail. At this point, I no longer have rental access thru my insurance and it’s made worse by the incompetence of “waiting” for my insurance instead of submitting the right documents. On top of it they dont offer a rental from the dealer, which I wouldn't have minded if they weren't wasting weeks not doing what they are supposed to do. Im devastated my car got stolen and now Im dealing with this constant dodge from this dealer. Please do better and call me back!

To start, car buying process has always been very long and dreadful for me. I returned back to Acura of Milford for a second time and was assisted by Craig for the second time. He took his time to make sure I was going to be walking out that day with a car. With the help of Mike, he worked very hard to come up with different plans and possible car options that may be of interest to me. Mike was working for hours with me to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. Not once did I feel pressured. Vincent was very helpful through phone/text by helping me get an idea before I even went into the dealership on what monthly rates would look like and helped answer all my 1000 random questions. Ryan was great at keeping a positive environment and helping to make sure I was happy before signing my life away. He was very knowledgeable and could tell when I wasn’t satisfied. Last but not least, Kamoy the Finance Manager she fought long and hard with the bank to make sure I was getting the best deal possible! She even stayed late to make sure I was walking out that day with my car! I will forever be grateful for her! The team at Acura of Milford are absolutely amazing and I would recommend to anyone looking to get a car! I will be loyal to this location for years to come! Even if it is an hour and 10 min away! Thank you guys for making this stressful process such a dream come true! You are all amazing!
