I see a lot of responses from people in these reviews that are very negative. This is a positive. Adecco was very good to me and others I worked with. They are fair. Are they perfect? No but what job is? I got to work with Donna who was straight up with me and took care of my needs when I had them. I had a job that was not right for me, I went into her office and asked for a different job. I told her what type of job I’m looking for and she had one. An honest days pay for an honest days work. Donna might rub people the wrong way because she doesn’t sugar coat things. Although I have found a permanent job and no longer with Adecco, I have no problems telling friends to give Adecco a call if they’re looking for a job.

Victor asked me what was important to me in a job(pay /driving time ect).I told him and he found me something perfect for me.he always is there to answer a question even after I started the job. All and all a great first experience with a temp company.

Worst Staffing agency. Not only to their employees but to the temporary staff they employ. They will act like you owe them your life, when you make minimum wage and no benefits. By the way, there is no such thing as a raise here, they consider 1% substantial, and that's for the recruiters!! And the two reviews they have that are 5 stars are current employees/recruiters, Nick and Victor. One of which that has 2 reviews is the same person, who currently works there. So think, is this really somewhere you would trust to work? Work somewhere else, at least you get treated like a human being. Staff is highly incompetent, as expected for the pay they make. Also forgot to mention that Donna, is probably the biggest liar you would ever meet. She thinks that everyone believes her stories and lies, but in reality, no one wants to waste their time correcting her and/or pointing out how obvious it is. Reason being, a woman that age that has to chronically lie about everything and anything, clearly is beyond any kind of change. Perfect fit for this agency.

Horrible company to work for. Tried to screw me over on shift differential twice. When I contacted them at the time, they gave me the run around and had to speak with Donna to get anything resolved. Made false promises to get people into the door and lied to everyone regarding becoming a permanent employee for the company we were assigned too. There are many other agencies around. Do your homework and avoid Adecco like the plague!
