We've been Renting From Affordable Realty for years , so trust me when I say that they are not the best at handling situations that need to be taken care of immediately, we've put in work order after work(Maintenance Request) and sometimes it's up in the air if some one will even show up or not, we've had trouble with numerous things in our home , our roof is leaking, our doors are coming off the hinges, kitchen cabinets are falling apart, just from the home being out dated with no recent renovations period, we are disgusted at the way our experience has been, when all we wanted was assistance to fix a few things, but still our request go unanswered, when you call the office all they say to you is the maintenance request has been answered or they've told the maintenance guy but certain times he doesn't show up at all and it gets tiring going back in forth , just be cautious about renting from this entity because of situations like this, the only thing they might be concerned with more than their tenants is collecting that rent money whether they have helped you or not. We have roof damage, we have doors coming off the hinges, our kitchen cabinets are falling off the hinges, window damage from a storm that recently passed through, and this is all stuff we've put in the maintenance request a few different times but still no one shows up to answer the call, very unprofessional.

After a hurricane or any other major event in that matter we all have to remember to be mindful and respectful of our peers and neighbors especially when your in any type of profession conducting BUSINESS! Being kind goes a long way but respect is DUE when respect is given! I would definitely recommend these group of women in this office to be a little more respectful! Not one person I’ve spoken with spoke with respect or care! No matter how “affordable” rent is respect is earned and should be given to all clients or potential clients or anyone for that matter. Very rude and tacky behavior. Maybe they have favorites because I see mixed reviews my experience by far has been very disappointing

Susan provided not just a place to rent for myself and my son but a home. They have always been promp with any maintenance issues, paying rent is convenient through an online portal and they have always provided renewals in a timely fashion. It's just myself paying all the bills and my son is special needs so if Susan hadn't given me the chance, I don't know where we would be. We have been at our place for going on almost 4 years now and I'm just really lucky to have found affordable real estate. I hope to continue to be able to rent from them until I am able to get a house of my own. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. I have been renting from them for 3 years now, never paid my rent late or had any trouble with anyone. But when we moved in we were in a rush, they told us the apartment was clean, it wasn't. There were wholes in the walls, no new paint, the carpet is disgusting & the cabinets are routing on the in side. It took them 4 days to come and fix the toilet, I'm sure you can imagine what that what like with 5 of us living here. To top everything off I recently asked the landlord to take my husbands name off the lease and she curse me out on the phone telling me that we need to grow up & figure out what we are going to do etc.
It is none of her business what we do, she could have simple told me no. I hate it here, will be moving when the lease is up and will never recommend anyone to every do business with them. Extremely unprofessional.

My husband was kindly asking a woman real estate professional from affordable real estate about a rental property that is supposedly move in condition. Has she seen 905 51st Ave drive west. Are she kidding Quite rude and unprofessional. She should exercise a little kindness. Thank you.

Some issues occurred with a rental we had leased through Affordable real estate. We ended up needing to terminate the lease, but throughout all the dealings and resolutions Susan Phipps was a consummate professional.... Reasonable, compassionate, and professional.
