Alex is simply the best! We initially noticed her work when she helped a family across the street sell their home. These neighbors gave her a glowing endorsement, so we reached out to her to discuss selling our home, which we were planning for the following year. Alex came out to see us and provided some helpful recommendations for home improvements to increase our home’s attractiveness and value. She also provided recommendations for professionals to perform the work, who provided high-quality work at fair prices. When we were eventually ready to put the house on the market, Alex came out again and walked us through the sales process. She has a keen eye for design and staged our home so beautifully that we almost questioned whether we wanted to move! Regarding the sales process, we felt secure knowing Alex was always a step ahead and had deep knowledge and experience to anticipate and navigate the unexpected. She was a pure pleasure to work with, always responsive to our questions and demonstrated strong situational awareness instincts to adapt her communications to each situation. Highly Recommend! Alex took the time to hear my story. She got to know my why, my wants, my needs and she handled the entire process (and me) with so much care.
