This company is a bunch of con artists. Booked a property this company manages through Airbnb many months in advance. Shortly before our trip we get a message from Joseph stating that they are charging us almost $1,500 extra because they have a $50 per person per night policy for over 2 guests. This is a 6 bedroom house and we fully indicated the number of people that would be staying upon booking. When asked for documentation of where this was listed because we could not find it he could not provide it and insisted on payment for that amount. Rather than try to fight this bait and switch tactic we chose to cancel the reservation and booked a different location as we don’t wish to do business with such an unethical company. This is the most scumbag move I’ve ever experienced on Airbnb and they are also now investigating this company. Probably not long until they are completely kicked off that platform. Stay away from these shady people.
