I’m giving this property management company 5 stars because I believe that they are 5 stars better than my neighborhood’s current property management company: Greenacre Properties, Inc. If y’all want a fixer upper put in a bid for Westlake Village, Palm Harbor. Greenacre has driven the place into the ground so any amount of service and professionalism would be welcomed with open arms!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! Most unethical & dishonest company /staff imaginable. Seem polite till they get lease signed & funds. Constant maintenance problems since 1st day of move in. Now, no working a/c for a month! Instead of fixing in a timely manner they gaslight, LIE or simply ignore maintenance requests. Always blaming the owner. See BBB complaints online proving they have a history of violating law & ripping good tenants off. No INTEGRITY!
Only care about pleasing property owners & profiting by scamming tenants . I will likely be retaliated against for trying to warn others.
Don't rent from them!!

Michael came out promptly to inspect my home to rent. He was friendly, quick and professional, and took lots of photos. After having my property on their site for 3 DAYS it rented out to the perfect couple. We could not be happier! Great company to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

All County Associates (ACA) has been by far one of the best property managers I’ve ever had. When there are no problems and things are running smoothly any property manager might do but when you run into issues, that’s when you wish you had someone like Mike to take care of you and your property. Anyone who has rented a property knows it’s extremely rare to have no problems and the peace of mind afforded when you know you have someone who will take care of issues is invaluable. ACA worked tirelessly to find a suitable tenant for me and ensure I had as little to worry about as possible when renting my home. I’m glad I had them as my property management company and absolutely would use them again in the future.

However, with Michael's help (and his office staff!!), the transition to a rental, managed by All County Associates, was expeditious and professional.
