i’ve been hesitant to make a review given how they respond to people, but i feel like people deserve to know. My first roommate in my apartment lived there for 4 years. She ended moving out in may/june and i had another roommate move in. For those 4 years my previous roommate complained and complained about the upstairs neighbor being incredibly inconsiderate and loud. When she moved out I continued to complain with receipts and all, and NOTHING got done. Fast forward to the end of september. Helene happened. Completely flooded my apartment. A few feet of water in every room. I did not hear from all county suncoast for DAYS and we were unable to stay in our apartment due to mold growing. they did not care. all they could say was “we obviously didn’t know this was gonna happen” or some bs when my roommate and i were literally homeless. they didn’t offer to put us in a new apartment they gave us the weak $1,000 security deposit back (that’s not going to cover move in costs anywhere!!!!!) and never spoke to me again. i had to go up to the office myself and get the $200 worth of rent i had already paid. The way they treated us was inhumane and lacked so much empathy, we literally lost everything. They tried to tell me they were going to get in there asap to start making repairs, which was a lie i went back there 2-3 weeks after the hurricane and it was still the same way we left it literal BLACK MOLD growing on the walls and carpets and residents still living upstairs in both units!!!! please stay far far away from this management company THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!
Edit: No one sent you photos at 11 o’clock at night. I CALLED you guys first the 27th. No one contacted me. The lady told me there was absolutely nothing she could do for me at the moment. I didn’t not hear back until the next week. If i’m in zone A wouldn’t it be common sense and common courtesy to check on your unit and residents? Like what This is exactly why I said you guys DONT CARE! Not only that but your untruthful and, no one told me “to look on the website”! If you cared about “safety of residents” you wouldn’t have left people living upstairs while there was black mold activity growing in the lower units!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also whether i evacuated or not I’m still coming back to a destroyed apartment that’s literally completely irrelevant

Left me and my pregnant wife without AC for weeks and when I called to complain, they evicted me and said I was gonna get a new AC but not now. They will call you and threaten you if you express any dissatisfaction with the owners or themselves. They don't care about their tenants, they would rather throw you out on the street than get a bad review. As stated below by them, theyve known yhe AC has needed to be replaced for a year, but they left the pictured AC unit. The other picture is a water leak caused by old copper pipes. Not only did they leave the wall like that, but when notified that there was a leak under the slab, they issued a flat rate water bill to make tenants pay for the leak instead of fixing the issue. The owners will cut corners and this property management company enables that. They have been notified of these issues over and over again but they leave the residence in the condition pictured. I did my best to cover the holes and keep the AC from leaking but the office has neglected to help. Take a look at how they respond to the bad reviews, that is how they will treat you after a long residency with them.

I rented with All County for 4 years and they were an absolute nightmare with zero empathy.
I find no reason to divulge into personal situations that happened whilst with renting them, because as you can see - they have an excuse for everything.
Their prices are fair, that is why they are getting two stars but All County only cares about money (but lets be honest, what rental company really cares about YOU!) - but at the end of the day a little sympathy would be nice sometimes.
I wouldn’t recommend renting from them overall, very slum lordy and not efficiently ran. Hopefully things get better in the new year.

Structural integrity of the building is not sound. There is black mold in the walls and AC vents. The dryer vents are a fire hazard and the AC unit was from 1998. They will let you sit for weeks before sending anyone to fix. The on-site maintenance guy does the best he can to help right away but the office doesn't support him and will always choose the cheap way out. If you leave a bad review, they will threaten you with eviction. If you are thinking of renting from them or are considering using them as your property management, look elsewhere. You won't regret it. They will respond to this by saying they weren't notified, I have the "melds" to prove they were notified several times and chose to neglect the issue. Their MO is to blame it on the tenant and keep their deposit. You can see that has happened many times, to other people...but dont take my word for it, just look at the other reviews.

How do I start this, I’m sadden , I’m heart broken! I had to give this a lot of thought and a lot of prayer ! But I have to let others know so that they are ready ! So don’t make yourself at home and don’t fall in love ! I’ve lived here for a year was never late in my rent, took care of the home and my kids and I fell in love with the area and St Pete in general! We were given the news that the owner wants to sale the home so All county gave me a letter stating that we have to move ! I wasn’t given enough time to save up or a 3 month notice at all! With how expensive things are right now n how hard it is to find a home in the same area so that I don’t loose my job and my daughter is graduating this year is just the worst experience and thought ever ! This has put so much pressure and stress n depression on us!! We have to completely change our lives now! So please if your considering renting from this company ask 1,0000 questions about the owners and home because you won’t be given enough time or options at all!! ? heart broken ?

This is how they fix things at all county then they don’t give you deposits back. I put in a meld for it a long time ago. They said it was from ac freezing up from up stairs unit. I was there for 7 years so many fees all the bad reviews are true what they say stay away. Never again .
I’ll be seeing a lawyer.

Worked with this company 10 years ago with very positive experience, however, things have changed. "Albert" is condescending and rude on the phone, refusing to give even a vague response as to utility costs that will be charged. I was polite and patient. After my own research I found out through the utility companies, the average monthly totals were $285 a month additional. I worked for a property manager for a long time, trust me as a Licensed FL real estate professional, they KNOW how much the renters will be charged for utilities. So be aware of that, knowing they are not "discounting" monthly rental fees.

BEWARE !! I have rented 5 houses in the past 8 years and never have been charged a cleaning fee. I left the home in better condition than it was when I moved in and they charged me a $200 cleaning fee. I have video of the condition of the property on move in and move out to prove it. I asked for a detailed receipt of what they paid to have cleaned and was not provided one. I had rats living in the attic when I moved in (rat traps were already in the garage when I moved in) the rats had eaten thru the Duct work in the attic (long before I moved in) causing me to have $700 electric bills. Eventfully after my many complaints and months later they received the ok from the property owner to exterminate the rats from the home. I now rent with Progress residential and am very happy.
