I had the privilege of working with Louise Quinn when I was closing on my property. Miss Quinn was very responsive and patient. On the day of signing the documents, Miss Quinn took the time to explain each document and highlighted important dates that I should remember.
Upon leaving I was given a goodie bag with pens, stress balls, magnets etc.

She was very proactive on ensuring documents were submitted on time and the closing process was smooth and error free. The best title company around. Attorney owned and very knowledgeable. Louise is awesome to work with and super efficient. Prices are very reasonable, making your clients happy. Highly recommend to all.

Very disappointing.
Immediately after closing, Louise (agent, office manager) assured me that I would have my title documents within 2 weeks. Three months later, after 8+ follow-up calls with Louise, having to listen to her offer excuse after excuse, I finally received my title documents.
After prepaying $650 for their service at closing 3 months earlier, they shouldn't have made the process so difficult.
I would never recommend using this company.
