TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I SPOKE WITH THOMAS EARLIER TO ARRANGE ME COMING THERE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT. I GOT THERE AT 7 PM AND AND AT 9:30 PM I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN BY ANYONE. FOUR WOMEN CAME IN AFTER ME AND WALKED RIGHT IN AND WERE DONE WITH THEIR TAXES. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I ASKED THE SECRETARY TO CALL ME WHEN IT IS MY TURN AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE.
