I get paid through them from the VA, I screwed up my time sheet this time but they help me fix it. I've been with them for right around 6 months and have not had any problems accepted me not knowing what to do but they helped me with any questions I have had and answer everything in a few hours at most.

THANK THE HEAVENS THIS COMPANY IS BEING BOUGHT OUT BY ANOTHER!! They absolutely are inconsiderate, a holes. They have no interest in their employees it’s disgusting. They lie, hang up in your face, and straight up ignore you. Ive been with them for over 5 years, and they just got worse and worse. The union is the only reason why I stayed. And now a new company is taking over in March which gives me hope. They don’t pay on time or pay you at all. I’ve had the same direct deposit with this company since I started. I get a new client and now they send me paper checks! I reached out 3-4 times to get this fixed and they say they fixed it. Liars!! Who lies to their employees like that Scum. How hard it is it to confirm direct deposit for your employee? It’s like they enjoy their employees struggling and chasing their money. Damn crooks. Can’t wait for March when allied is finished!!

Still have not been paid for the last week ALLIED owes me for December. The company taking over, ACUMEN, also owes me money for the month of January. I'm not sure what's going on with both of these companies and their money issues but it seems sketchy.

I have had on going issues with Allied for years. Today, is no different. My sister, who provides transportation services for my son has attempted many times to get verification for hours work so she can submit them to the car dealership due to her needing a newer vehicle. She has called faxed/emailed request form several times and spoke to Jessica regarding this issue and going on week five she nor the dealership has received it. I have attempted to call myself and I have been hung up after waiting for 57 minutes and 15 seconds. Then, I called and received a message saying they were having technical problems. Finally, I have been on hold for 47 minutes and counting and will continue to do so. This place is the worst and there is zero accountability.

My bank account was hacked so I had to get a new one and fax my account information to allied . I faxed that paper work 3 times and they still couldn’t verify that they got it. By the time they changed my information which was done miracle’s after getting angry and hanging up on the lady , she calls me about 20 minutes later and everything is set. But not in time for me to get my April 7,,2023direct deposit. It was returned now it’s about June and all I’m getting is smoke screens about why they can’t simply send my money back to me.I was told 3 to 5 weeks than I was told six weeks?I asked to be transferred to payroll and was refused, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. I got a call today and told my story all over again and was put on hold the lady said the payroll supervisor was at lunch and that she sent a email to find out what’s going on. She said if she didn’t call me back today it would be tomorrow. All I know is my next step will be sending some emails to there CEO’s of the company and reporting this complaint to Medicaid and whoever else that will listen.
