I texted Kyle one Friday morning at 7am with a list of questions. Within 15 minutes he's calling me. As if the prompt response wasn't impressive enough - Kyle was calling from Columbia - while on vacation with his lovely wife. Kyle is knowledgeable about the market, landlord-tenant laws and rights, and a master of customer service - a trifecta of traits for a property manager.
