5 stars for sure!! This course has been the BEST and most thorough preparation I could imagine to start my insurance based practice. Amy's carefully laid out course, loaded with handouts, examples, videos etc. answered questions I didn't even know I had. I realized once I started the course - how much I really didn't know. I can imagine there are cheaper ways to get credentialed but I wanted to understand all the bits and pieces so that when things went wrong, I would be confident in the process to fix the problem. Amy has made herself available to me as much as I have needed and was really helpful in giving me invaluable feedback on my appeal letters etc. I couldn't recommend the course more highly, it is worth every penny and then some. PLUS Amy is so down to earth and hilarious!!
