I am a local investor and I've worked with Andrea for the last 3 years. I couldn't be happier with her services. She is professional, friendly, and is always available to discuss matters related to her respective clients. Do yourself a favor and call Ms.Andrea!!!...SHE IS FANTASTIC!!. I've been searching for someone to help me with my taxes and purchase my first home.What a blessing it was to find Ms.Andrea because she does both. After looking over the reviews and despite some negative comments that look like they where perpetrated by a SCAM artist!!!... I made the decision to call Ms.Andrea myself and I was highly pleased with her professionalism every step of the way. Because of Ms.Andrea, my taxes are in order AND she is helping me to get into the home of my dreams!!!

WOW! I have been doing business with Andrea for more than 10 YEARS! I KNOW the negative
reviews are purpatrated by one man who was
completely unrealistic about the value of his
present home and wanted a seller whose home
he wished to buy to do some very unrealistic
things.
I know Andrea had FAR MORE PATIENCE with
this guy than anyone else I know would.
AND I KNOW ANDREA-FOR TEN YEARS.

She has ALWAYS been professional and very
accomadating.
I wouldn’t go to ANYONE else.
She has saved me many thousands of dollars.

It hurts me to see this woman being torn apart
online by a very miserable human who either
didn’t read his contract or simply doesn’t like
the terms. He is one of those people who
thinks he can dictate his terms to any and
everyone all the while excusing himself from
any and all normal terms of a business dealing.
Ladies, if you know him, I would RUN!
I guarantee it will always be ALL YOUR FAULT!

If you don’t know Andrea, ask yourself WHY
she has nothing but 5 stars from people who
have actually done business with her.

And all the negative reviews are from ONE
MAN who had all his friends jump on the
wagon.

Hopefully, this sort of fraud will become a
crime and I will be there for ANDREA sir
and all the people you employ to do your
dirty work will not be able to help you.
In fact, they will go down with you.
You have NO CONSCIENCE!

I regret even being recommended this person when it came to buying my home. This person conducts them self with the least respect for a professional. After seeing reviews on this business outside of google (ex. facebook and the website) the experience matched. When we went to look at properties she could not even get the front gate unlocked. When she answers calls in her office in front of clients she would raise her voice like she was belittling her clients over the phone while a client is in front of her! She tries to sneakily adjust commissions to take out more then normal without someone noticing. If you are looking to purchase a home or sell one with her please look further. The amount of stress and hassle is not worth it to only be treated as a child.
