Lived here for a year. Absolutely wonderful place not a single negative comes to mind. Melanie at the office is amazing and very nice to talk to and super helpful. She always fixes the issues we have. Only thing that can be improved is the rents can be lower.

Great, convenient location. Nice building and units and they really put effort into making it feel like a community. Office staff are helpful, especially Melanie who is professional, engaging, always willing to listen, and will do everything she can to help resolve problems.

As someone who has disabilities, finding a new apartment that meets my needs can be incredibly hard and time consuming. A lot of property managers don’t understand, or care, and it can be a demoralizing process. But out of the fifteen buildings I toured recently, my experience with Melanie really stood out in a positive way. She was friendly, responsive, curious, caring, and reasonable, and that made a big difference in my day and week. She took the time to get to know me and my needs and was genuinely personable with a joie vivre I have rarely seen in the world of real estate, which so often ends up burning out under resourced leasing agents at the hands of transactional corporate overlords. Even when the unit I applied to had an issue and didn’t work out, she was committed to resolving it for whoever did apply to the unit next - which gives me a lot of hope for the people who do live there. I hope North Coast knows how lucky they are to have someone so committed to caring for their community.

I have been living in Aperture for a couple months now and I want to give credit where credit is due. Living here has been extremely enjoyable due to the active and kind management team. I've mainly worked with Melanie and she has been an absolute joy to work with. She's always been responsive, warm, and proactive in helping us when we need it. I'm incredibly grateful for her outstanding service and the positive impact she has in our apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Aperture Apartments in San Bruno, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed with the great amenities they offer. The fitness center, game center and communal spaces were always clean and well-maintained, making it a joy to use them. The apartments themselves are top-notch, with modern finishes and spacious layouts. It truly felt like a home. What sets Aperture Apartments apart, though, is their outstanding service. Melanie, one of the office employees, was always incredibly helpful and accommodating. Her warm and friendly demeanor made any interaction a positive experience. Oscar, the maintenance manager, also deserves special recognition. Whenever there was a maintenance request, he responded promptly and efficiently. His dedication to ensuring everything was in great working order was evident, and it made a significant difference in our overall satisfaction with the community. In summary, Aperture Apartments offers a fantastic living experience in San Bruno. Great amenities, beautifully designed apartments, and a team that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

We have moved to Aperture Apartments for a few months and are very happy with the management team, amenities, and the community. Melanie is a professional and wonderful business manager. She showed us the amenities and explained the procedure to apply at the first meeting. With her friendly and clear answers to our questions and concerns, we were able to decide quickly. Later, she and Miguel kindly helped us to complete the application. In addition, they have been giving us recommendations for shopping, dining & others to speed up our settlement work. Oscar is a skillful and nice maintenance supervisor. He always amazingly fixed all the issues we ran into. And Rose is so delegate to keep the common areas and facilities nice and clean. We feel so lucky to have a such great team to help us. There are more than we expected amenities provided by Aperture Apartments. A lot of entertainments equipment is provided in the lobby and the clubhouse. Free coffee and tea are always available. The courtyard with gas grill located in the center of the apartments is so beautiful. A workout gym with fresh drinking water is well maintained. We have been enjoying them. The San Bruno downtown is next to the apartments. Many shopping stores and restaurants along the San Mateo Ave provide a great walking atmosphere. The City Park and recreation Center is within walking distance. We have been really enjoying living in the apartment.

Have lived here two years, and really enjoyed it. Excellent service, particularly when it comes to maintenance needed (shout out to Carlos!). I put a request in on a Tuesday night for my broken dishwasher, and Carlos was there fixing it Wednesday morning/afternoon. He kept me updated on how things were proceeding via text, and even cleaned up the cabinet area as it was messy from the water spots. He really went above and beyond! The managers also do themed food events each quarter, which is appreciated. :)

I should start this by saying that my wife and I decided to write this review against our own interests and better judgement, since recommendations like that make the renting environment more competitive which hurts us as tenants. Yet, the Aperture team is so good, they deserve it and they need to be rewarded! Everything I have read here is absolutely true and then some! My wife and I, recently moved to Aperture Apartments and our experience has been nothing short of stellar so far. The three main employees (in alphabetical order) Melanie, Miguel and Oscar are beyond phenomenal. First, we had the pleasure to meet Miguel, who was incredibly accommodating throughout. Our situation was rather complex and anxiety inducing with fixed deadlines and restrictions (imposed to us by our new working environment) but Miguel streamlined the whole process making it extremely easy. Needless to say, everything was as described. On top of that, Miguel went out of his way to make sure that our initial relocation was as pleasant as possible, even after we signed the contract! This is a clear sign of someone who genuinely cares. Then we met Melanie. Despite the fact that she just started working here (which we wouldn't have realized if she didn't tell us btw), she is already a wealth of information and useful tips of all things Aperture. Especially during the first week, when she very patiently answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerned and even made useful suggestions for the future. There doesn't seem to ever be a challenge that fazes her. And this is also true for everyone in the building. It is very nice to see active management who genuinely cares about the tenants and their needs. Finally, we met Oscar, the technician. To say he is a perfectionist is an understatement. He is so good and methodical at what he does, he will never quit unless it's perfect. Fortunately, our unit needed little work, but for the few touch ups required, he absolutely nailed it! As someone who has dealt with a lot of handy men in the past, I can say with confidence, he is one of the best! All in all, this is an unbeatable trio, that makes the building what it is. I really hope the powers that be realize what a goldmine of employees they have in their hands. Good professionals are extremely hard to come by and getting a hat-trick of three in a row is even rarer. We feel blessed!
