My experience was okay during the 16 hours class, the teacher make sure that he explained everything that he needed to explain to prepare us for the state exam. I just passed my class exam next would be the state exam. I’m looking forward to starting my new journey in the real estate world.

No one else could have prepared me to pass the salesperson licensing exam better than Chris has. His instruction is extremely organized and clear, presented with a sense of humor which keeps students interested in the material. CT Real Estate and Appraisal School was a comprehensive course that provided the tools I needed to understand the responsibilities of a real estate salesperson. It covered everything that a candidate needs to know to pass the state exam (on the first try!). More importantly, it provided me with a level of knowledge required and the confidence needed to begin a new career in the field.
The lessons were well presented in an easy-to-follow-format. The Connecticut rules and regulations were clearly explained. Chris Farris did a great job explaining the intricacies of the real estate profession and the laws governing it, using factual examples to better illustrate how things work, and making unfamiliar concepts more understandable. He allowed for student interjection and inquiry throughout the lessons. His syllabus was clear and concise; this made it easy to be prepared for each class. The relaxed atmosphere of the classroom and Chris' great sense of humor made for a more pleasant 60 hours.
