Por favor esta compañia es un fraude por favor lean bien solicite ver una casa me dejaron esperando dos horas bajo el sol el supuesto señor Ray no es real este señor me dejo a tres familias y a mi a la vez ayer esperando y poco a poco se fueron iendo las personas tambien llamamos a la compañia para mas informacion siempre contestan lo mismo al atenderte y que te devolveran llamada y no lo hacen me acaban de enviar un email dandome las gracias por asistir a la cita y ver la casa y no es real nunca sucedio son avatar quienes contestan por favor portega su identidas y no de informacion estas calificaciones que ven en esta pagina no son reales son un fraude tengan mucho cuidado por favor. No son las unicas casas que supuestamente tienen son muchas mas alerta tengan cuidado e incluso los post son de 7 años 5 años y 4 años ademas de eso sus localidades a una milla de diferencia tengan cuidado

Melissa is great! Very available for questions and doing everything. (The stars are for her) The property manager, very nice guy, but does not follow through with his word. I thought a "veteran owned" business I would never have this issue. I have been lied to for months about the pool that came with my home. Refusing to fix the septic tank and making me do everything to fix it. So to save someone from thinking this is what you would expect it to be, let me save you the time. DONT.

Ray and Melissa at Archer Crown made my life so much easier. I recently had to relocate my family and I and needed a property management company to oversee my home and find a tenant. Once I met with Ray and learned he has 40 years of experience, I knew I found the right company for me and my family. Ray and Melissa responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner and were able to find a tenant in just a few days. I cant recommend Archer Crown enough for anyone wanting a great and reliable property management company. Thank guys!!

With my elderly father having to go into an assisted living facility, the selling of the household items , then with trying to find a tenant and manage the property by myself ,my life was unbearably stressful.
Then I found Archer Crown Residential Management. Thanks to Ray and his staff my stress immediately began to go away. I know I must have called and emailed Ray at least 30 times. Each time Ray responded quickly with answers to questions and made recommendations. But my biggest concern was for my father and his comfort level on who was going to manage his property. This hurdle was quickly eliminated when Ray suggested he visit with my father in person. During the meeting it was found that both my father and Ray had served in the Air Force (at different times). War stories were exchanged and any fears on managing the property from both my side and my father’s quickly disappeared.
Immediately Archer Crown helped me set up a estate company to sell my father’s household items. The next step was to get the property to what Archer Crown calls “Rent Ready Compliance” standards. Ray and his staff had the entire interior painted, made minor repairs, the carpets shampooed and the house cleaned by some really nice people and at a really good price I might add.
Then the home went on the rental market and quickly my dad had a nice family moving in. My dad now gets regular monthly rent from the property and is starting to enjoy his new home.
I can now relax knowing Ray and his staff at Archer Crown Residential Management is watching over the property.
Should anyone need property management with a true caring touch, I highly recommend Archer Crown Residential Management.

Archer Crown was a pleasure to deal with and was responsive to any issues we had, fixed problems efficiently and was very transparent with their practices. The property was maintained to the highest level to the pool and the landscaping. I would highly recommend Archer Crown as a partner in your future rental and property management needs.
