The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the heat lightning and listening to the waves crash against the shore. Our condo was super clean, very spacious and offered everything we needed for a wonderful Labor Day weekend with our family!!

We love our condo! We got it on Airbnb. It is very modern, has Roku tvs, free landline, and 2 bedroom and bath rooms. We are right on the beach and parking is very good. This is a great place for the money!

We traveled with another group that rented a separate condo on the same floor, but with a different vacation company. We both booked through VRBO. Our other group was made aware two days prior to check-in that the elevator would be unavailable for the week of our stay, I had not received any communication from our vacation company so I reached out. I was assured that they had validated with the on-site property manager and someone had just used the elevator and everything was working fine and that they would be notified in advance of any planned maintenance or downtime. Fast forward to two days later and two hours before check in time we receive a message from our vacation company stating that the elevator is down and they were just made aware. When I responded to them that was unacceptable because I was assured two days ago that it was not down when we suspected that it might be given the communication that our other group received. We had a member in our group with some limited mobility and our unit was on the fourth floor. Had we been aware two days prior that there was no working elevator, we may have made the decision to change plans but since we were assured the elevator was working we did not. When we expressed our concern about this, we were offered to be put up in a unit off the beach. We declined as we had spent significantly more money to be on the beach and were assured that they were working as hard as possible to fix the elevator as quick as possible. We never received any additional communication or updates after check-in day. There was never anyone on site looking at or working on the elevator throughout the week and the sign that was fixed to the elevator door was printed in the same brand and color as the permanent signs in the pool area and printed on hard card stock further leading us to believe that this elevator has been out of service for quite some time. We were never offered any discount or other apologies for the inconvenience of having to climb four flights of stairs, several times each day. The communication was poor, but the overall property management was less than desirable as well. We’ve been traveling to the Madeira Beach area for over 30 years. The property maintenance at this building was subpar. We only saw pool maintenance twice throughout the week. There was constantly sand in the pool and on two occasions we had to remove dead cockroaches from the pool deck, and the pool itself. There was a day that there was a terrible stench of trash in the stairwell. This did only last one day, but not having any on-site management. There was no one for us to talk to about it. The unit itself was well-maintained and very clean. We don’t have any complaints about the actual unit, but we were incredibly disappointed with the communication and the maintenance of this property. For those reasons we would not stay at the Arie Dam again and we certainly would not recommend it to any friends or family..

We've stayed here 2x in the past 2 years. We love it here! The beach is wonderful and just steps from the condo. There is also a nice pool that seems to be partly shaded most anytime of the day because it is on the side of the building. That is perfect for the hot sunny Florida weather. All of the condos have a nice roomy patio overlooking the ocean and beach. The location of the condo couldn't be any more perfect! There's so much to do around this area and many restaurants within walking distance. We always rent a car for the week so we can explore the area. I would definitely recommend renting a car especially if you're going to stay more than a couple days. The grocery store is only about a mile from there so that is convenient.

Just finished up a very nice week at Aire Dam. Building is older, but kept up well and on one of my favorite beaches. Mix of residents and monthly/weekly rentals. Around 1mi to John's Pass shopping and craziness. Traffic on Hwy 699 (Maderia Ave) is getting really bad which can can make it tough to access the building and can be heard from inside the units. My only complaint about this bldg is the cheap beach hotel clientele next door. They are drunk, loud and obnoxious. The pool shares a fence with the hotel and its really hard to relax with the kids while a large group of drunk party goers from 11am-11pm constantly smoke and yell obscenities while my kids are trying to swim. I realize this isn't totally the fault of the condo, but it affected our experience and some action needs to be taken by the management (-1 star)

Found this place after a Disney trip and it was exactly what we needed. We stayed in 404 and it was beautiful! Everything was up to date and very clean everywhere. The beach access was easy to navigate and we never had to wait for the elevator. Parking was underneath the building which was convenient but a bit tight for my full size truck. If we ever go back to Madeira Beach, we will definitely book here again.
