Chris Cammarata with Armor Realty did such an incredible job for us from start to finish. It is hard to write a review that adequately captures what a tremendous job he did, but I will try.

Chris was the realtor every home buyer wishes they had. He was in constant contact with us throughout the process. We never had any problems during our home-buying process, and I can give Chris a lot of credit for that. Chris had a good suggestion for every service that was required for buying our home. If we didn’t like a quote, Chris had multiple quotes; if we asked Chris a banking question, he was on the phone with our loan officer that day. Our loan officer said that Chris was one of the best and most communicative realtors she has ever worked with.

Chris made us feel like a priority and not a chore. Chris made sure that we got exactly what we wanted when it came to finding the home that was right for us. Chris was just as invested as we were in making sure that everything worked out. Chris helped us get a great home insurance rate and kept us on schedule for a 30-day closing. Then, when there started to be rumblings about a potential storm coming this way, Chris worked with our loan officer to get our closing moved up so we could close on our home in less than 30 days. This turned out to be such a critical action because by the Monday we were supposed to close, there were hurricane warnings being issued. This would have almost certainly delayed our closing and potentially increased our insurance rates.

Chris was never late for any appointment that we had and was always willing to go the extra mile. When our closing was right around the corner, I ordered a new bed and sent it to the house, assuming it would not arrive until after closing. However, the bed got there two days before closing. This is not a typical responsibility of a realtor, but when I called Chris he immediately contacted the seller and got the green light to put the bed in the house early.

I know that some people question whether or not they need a realtor or if it is worth it to use one. I don’t know about other realtors, but I know I will always use and recommend Chris in the future. If you’re buying or selling a home you should call Chris; I know he will do an amazing job for you.

He was very hands on when ensuring we closed on time, had everything lined up for us to have our utilities on when we moved in etc. He went above and beyond! We were 1000+ miles away during the home buying process so if that gives you any idea on how stressed out we should’ve been but Michael kept us at ease. Thank you so much! We love our new house ✨😁
