As long time locals they are well versed in all the nuances of the Leadville property market which is extremely helpful as it is unique in many ways. We interviewed Susan Fitzgerald as a listing agent for our home in Twin Lakes. After our call she emailed us and said she was not interested in working with us with no explanation why. This took us by complete surprise so I replied asking why. I never got a response. I also called her but nothing was returned. We interviewed three realtors and she was ranked last anyways, but we just wanted to understand why she was ghosting us. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend working with her or Aspen Leaf.

I requested help selling property and left the info. Heather sent a text to reply or call back. I did only to be ghosted? Very odd behavior. If you're lazy just charge us a FlatFee to be shown on the local MLS and we'll sell it ourselves if you're so busy. Sheesh

Update: after the review posted she replied with an attitude about my review instead of providing the info requested 3 days ago. She claims she must verify my identity before anything is given. Only verbal info for their commission requirements. Very odd, all other agents are happy to say to get a customer. This lady is rude and too lazy to call back to give me the info. Let me know how many send you a foto of their driver's license to get a price quote. No clue what's going on here but they seem snobby and not eager to assist with low value properties. Again thx for nothing.

From getting a CMA from Amy Morrison until the check crossed the table, we could not have been happier with how Ms. Morrison handled our sale. She told us what we should ask, and what we should do to make it work. She was very hands on on the whole process.
I don't know how she could have done any better.
