Ashley Wait and AWS are truly a class above the rest. Their expertise and diligence is truly exceptional. A year ago I had a difficult closing which needed to be completed by 31 Dec to offset the income gains from my client's deployment to Afghanistan. After 2 buyers backed out the third buyer's closing was coming down to the wire. Ashley was available late into the night to ensure the closing happened on time and Tony Surber personally stepped in to get the funds wired and the transaction closed. Had it not been for the team at AWS my clients would have lost thousands of dollars to the IRS in the form of taxes. I highly recommend the AWS team!
