Lived under the property management of Bencal for almost 2 years, and was sad to leave! They are truly great property management who cares and are attentive to tenant questions, issues, etc. They were always extremely helpful and had great communication. Kelli was especially amazing and made it such a good experience! Could not recommend them enough!

I never ever write reviews, but due to Kelli and her team at BanCal Management always going above and beyond, I only felt it was right. They took over the building where I lived from a previous management company and when that happened, I realized the difference between a mediocre property manager vs. a superb management company. Not only did the BanCal team always respond to any concern or issue immediately, they always did so with kindness. Kelli truly cares about all of the tenants needs and her supporting team works seamlessly to get whatever is needed done. Knowing that I didn't ever have to worry about my unit or the building where I lived was such a relief. So if you rent a unit where BanCal is the property manager, you are truly lucky!

Kelli Smith at BanCal was our property manager for 1.5 years and she was one of the BEST we have ever had! Whenever we had any issues with the apartment (such as maintenance with major appliances) she made sure to have someone come within 1-2 days. The unit was so well managed! Kelli provided EXCELLENT communication every step of the way, and we only went separate ways because we moved away. I would definitely recommend BanCal and Kelli specifically.

Kelli was my property manager this past year as I rented a condo unit that was managed by BanCal. I would HIGHLY recommend Kelli and BanCal to any prospective home owner or tenant. Kelli was always super helpful, kind, and professional. She was able to help out with multiple questions throughout the year in a timely manner, and helped our requests not fall through the cracks with the condo’s HOA. BanCal’s online maintenance platform and rental payment were also easy to use. Thank you for all your help!

Kelli Smith was an amazing property manager! As someone renting on my own for the first time, she was incredibly patient, supportive and attentive, not to mention one of the kindest and most friendly people. Before even getting to the unit, Kelli made me feel immediately at home by connecting me with other members of the building, who I’ve remained friends with to this day. She deeply cares about people and community, and was consistently quick and effective in helping making my time in the space as comfortable as possible. Couldn’t have asked for a better property manager!

I've had Kelli at BanCal managing my SF property for 6 years now and am very happy. Even during COVID she was able to manage tenants who bailed with less than a month's notice, the repairs needed in order to re-rent, AND found new tenants at the same rent within a very short time period!
