Wow... Where do I start. Amar Is by far the best Commercial realtor that I've ever worked with. He is very caring and professional. Recently closed on an approx $1mil commercial property and Amar Nathwani was the primary broker rep. Amar took the handoff from a colleague who was unable to gain sale/lead traction and I was close to pulling off the market after a year languishing. This was a tricky sale, a smaller commercial strip center with tenants who were disconnected and often uncooperative regarding showings/inspections. When relisted at an optimistic price, Amar worked diligently to obtain qualified leads and ultimately a price at a premium over the listing price. He also navigated the intricacies of multiple offers of different natures such as 1031 buyer vs buyer requiring SBA lending, both potentially risk items for a timely/failed closing. Given I was an out-of-town seller, Amar was very hands-on to handle all aspects of on-site events and activities without my presence, a huge benefit of convenience. A combination of Johns' role as advisor and Amars' diligent efforts and professional/communication skills, resulted in a smooth closing and I will certainly utilize their services on future sales.
